Kocherga Restaurant & Bar, opened in Boronezh in 2018, had to change location due to the pandemic in the spring of 2020. The restaurant team decided to use its new premises as an opportunity to completely revamp the concept of the house while retaining the established brand.
An extended area on the ground floor of a business centre is split into several levels and zones by means of a wooden amphitheatre. Most custom-made furniture is fitted inside. An open kitchen and bar are assigned a separate zone, where one can observe chefs at work from any point of the amphitheatre.
The middle level of the restaurant is filled with semi-closed cubicles, separated by wooden bars. The upper level is stretched along the stained glass window. A long bench allows for separate table sitting as well as large group gatherings.
