The housing estate on Varshavskoye Shosse comprises several towers at an angle to the highway and a perimeter block at the back of the plot.
The three-storey kindergarten is located between the two types of buildings and its circular outline stands out against the apartment blocks.
Group zones take up the whole sector of the circle. Placed one upon another, they host all the junior to senior classes.
Gym and music classroom are located on the second floor, a terraced roof suitable for walks is right above them.
The colour design of staircases and group zones is different for different storeys – with red tones on the ground level, shades of blue on the first floor and green – on the third floor.
