A bakery in Engels is one of the biggest retailers of «Good Bread» brand. The concept of its redesign was conceived as a major project for the whole chain.
Good Bread bakeries are split into several types according to size, the range of baked goods and the ways of customer arrangement. All of them are united by a single design code comprising common stylistic features, trade facilities design, and guest sitting
